Export Control Compliance Policy Statement

贛州海盛鎢業(yè)股份有限公司(簡稱“公司”)全面遵守《中華人民共和國出口管制法》及其他涉及出口管制的法律法規(guī)。公司管理層將帶頭學(xué)習(xí)并遵守出口管制相關(guān)法律法規(guī)與政策，同時要求所有員工遵守各項相關(guān)規(guī)定，任何情況下均不得違規(guī)出口。

Ganzhou Grand Sea Tungsten Co., Ltd. ( "Company") fully complies with the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws, regulations, and policies relating to export controls. The Company's management will take the lead in learning and abiding by export control-related laws, regulations, and policies, and requires all employees to comply with various relevant provisions.  Under no circumstances may any individual engaged in import or export business on behalf of the Company violate applicable Trade Control regulations. 

違反出口管制相關(guān)法律法規(guī)將給公司和有關(guān)個人帶來重大損失和嚴(yán)重處罰。違規(guī)個人也將面臨嚴(yán)重后果，包括紀(jì)律處分和/或解聘;觸犯法律法規(guī)的，將被依法追究法律責(zé)任。

Violation of export control-related laws and regulations will cause heavy losses and severe penalties to the Company and relevant individuals. Individual employees who will violate regulations will also face serious consequences, including disciplinary actions and/or dismissal. Those who violate laws and regulations will be held legally responsible in accordance with the law.

公司建立出口管制內(nèi)部合規(guī)制度并持續(xù)完善。為確保出口管制內(nèi)部合規(guī)制度的有效實施，公司將任命羅文擔(dān)任公司出口管制合規(guī)事務(wù)的負(fù)責(zé)人，設(shè)立并完善相關(guān)組織機(jī)構(gòu)，負(fù)責(zé)出口管制合規(guī)的管理工作。公司將對交易及相關(guān)活動進(jìn)行出口管制風(fēng)險審查。

The Company has established and continuously improves an internal export control compliance management system. To ensure the effective implementation of the internal export control compliance system, the Company appoints Luo Wen as the person in charge of the Company's export control compliance affairs, establishes and improves related department, and is responsible for the management of export control compliance. The Company will conduct export control risk reviews on transactions and related activities.
